Hotel LeConte, the old Greenbrier Hotel, was converted from an elementary school abt 1925. It was one of the few tourist accomodations available inside the Great Smokies, and continued to operate until June 1936. Note the Hack, the vehicle parked to the side of the Hotel which was used to transport guest to and from Sevierville. Photo by Dutch Roth, about 1930
